Description
40 Tooth Idler 608 Pulley for GT2 2mm x 6mm Wide GT2 Belts
Instructions
Print at 100% infill. If your machine is well calibrated it should be a press fit from one side only with the small ridge on the other to center the 608 bearing in the idler
UPDATED: added the thing:16627 as thats how i made this pulley
UPDATED: added images of one i printed WAY to fast and without the fan for 3/4's of it

How did you add a little lip for the bearing to sit on? That is not part of what I see in the open scad scrip.

Thats what makes it mine :D i just added some shapes in openscad and some difference and union commands
