Hagen Extruder optimized for filament swapping
by bkubicek, published
The filament path is enclosed sidewards. This enables filament change, because it is much less likely to get stuck on the way, e.g. the gap at the end.
There are additional screw holes, to avoid any possible gaps. 3.2mm one side, and 2.4 so they can be threaded directly without nuts.
additional parts,e.g. the lever you can get from the parent...
drill the filament path before! inserting the bolt using a 3.2mm drill.
thread the 2.4mm holes. drill the slits and the bigger holes with 3.2mm.
I had to file on the big motor platform hole, because of elephants foot printing effect.
