Whistle Audio Set for kids and for bird simulation.
I have worked over 3 weeks to optimize this whistle for all of you. I think it works very well now. Please send me a comment if you like it or post a pic if you made one. Thanks!
If the whistle is printed use a screwdriver to break of the small sphere inside the whistle.
It should break quite easily because it is connected with a small cylinder of 1 mm on the floor.
Whistles with different

so you get a lot of different tones.
Make a concert and have fun!
You can create your one whistles with the OpenSCAD Source File.
Also use write.scad (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16193) if you want to use text on the whistle.

Printed a big one and a small one and neither one works. :( Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Had to restart the prints several times too because the ball kept falling off the rod half way through and failing to print. Finally got a ball to survive with 80% infill. Maybe it's because I'm using ABS and the ball keeps curling up?

Is there an optimal proportion for powerful / full sound? The first whistle I printed was with the default parameters and it sounds absolutely great, my second one was rad = 41, hoehe = 20, laenge = 35 and it produces only 50% of the volume compared to the default. Seeing that you have probably printed 20+ whistles in all sizes, maybe you have some insight to share about this?
Also I had some trouble with the handle when printing with PLA. As the hook builds out it is very narrow and has a tendency to rise above the layer, until the nozzle collides with it in mid print and knocks the whistle off the table :) I could probably mitigate this by aggressively lowering the extrusion temp after the first layer, but I will try a different hook design that may be less prone to vertical warping.

Although, about the license: If it's marked as no-derivatives, does that inherently conflict with Customizer?

Can you make whistles to be a specific key, such as C# ?
you only have to play with the parameters.
