Filament spool holder (40mm hub) for Rep2

Description
I purchased a 1kg spool of Sain PLA filament to use with my Replicator 2. Unfortunately the center hub is 40mm nominal ID which won't fit on Makerbot's spool holder. So, of course, I designed my own holder. Note that these spools have an inner portion of the hub not visible in the photo. This inner portion is approximately 40mm diameter which is what the holder is sized for.
Instructions
Printed on the Makerbot Replicator 2 using Makerware high resolution with the following settings:
Raft turned on
Infill: 30%
Shells: 2
Layer height: 0.2mm
Temp.: 230
Extrude speed: 60
Travel speed: 120
I did this as a single part without support. This only caused a little uglieness when it tried to close the last little bit of web. However, this is not a structurally important part of the build so I just let it go. The spool holder works very well.
