Description
Day 2 of owning my bot I did this- I posted to the forums on google but it came up so I thought a picture might help.
Instructions
Each cupcake has "left overs" more than enough to do this mod. the screw is mounted to the platform upside down. The first nut is a jam nut to hold the screw head to the bottom of the platform - the second is height adjustment - the 3rd is the top lock nut. Works wonders for me. Remove to 2 center screws. adjust the 4 corners to levle with your nozzle then add the middle ones back in. Check them often the vibrate loose - this is true of all the fasteners on the bot. This works great. After a few prints I noticed that the plastic top part had warped to be a little lower in the middle than on the ends. Sliding a piece of scrap from the wooden laser-cut parts of the cupcake between the plastic and the wooden parts fixed the issue.
