This is a 3D model of a RNA nano-object assembled from 8 RNA units. Each unit was based on the structure of a Class II tRNA molecule.
This model is very detailed and will require support material to print properly. I have also made it available on Shapeways for the cost of the print (at no markup). The model stands nicely on its side.
This structure was published in Nature Chemistry 2010 September; 2(9): 772â€“779., and the paper is freely available here:
