This thing can be customized with MakerBot Customizer!

Description
Add a name and choose to print a background (this added about 30 minutes to the render on my computer so it will take a ver long time to generate STL and gcode)
Prints a 4x6 card with a heard and a name (font size adjusts based on length of name)

Instructions
Currently you can only enter letters and numbers. If there is a large desire for symbols such as "&" and "+" I will add them.
