Minimal flush endstop mount for D4 microswitch by mattproc Feb 9, 2013

Description

Yet another stupid endstop mount. This mounts a D4 microswitch directly against an 8mm smooth rod. About as minimal as you can get, I would think.

So nice and simple. They seem to fit both X and Y on my Mendel. Maybe even Z, but for Z I would like someting that is adjustable, so I can trim it with a screw or something like that. Could be a nice first project, instead of just printing something that other people has made.
Perfect. Made 2, thanks for sharing.

Instructions

Print out one for each microswitch, clip onto rods and attach switches using m3 screws/nuts. Check that the switch will be correctly actuated by the axis before using them to home!
