Instructions
now we have 2 parts for the buckle... base and top
with the lack of a heated build plattform the 2 tracks on the femalebase object will break away to easy (like a cold solder joint)... support material should break away so easy ^^
maybe use "Support Material on Exterior only" to make the Bridge stiff enough...
when you use a heated print platform and print this thing i would be glad if you send me some feedback about the 2 tracks, whether they are stiff enought or not... unfortunately i can't print with a heated platform at the moment...
last step is to stick together both parts
update1:
enhanced the top to have a bigger splice for a better stiffness
(not tested yet)

Since my strap was 40mm wide I've printed it 1.6 times bigger in Transpatrent PLA 45% Fill.
The locking works great it takes a bit of force in this size but it's ok.
I squeezed it a 100 times to make sure it won't fail on me shortly after installation.
There are two problems though:
1) The female part is way too high, there is a 30% air-gap and the male part is wobbling around greatly. Could you please reduce the air-gap (hight of both female parts) to max 1mm clearance?
2) The female parts bottom isn't flat. The center of the female part prints
in mid air very slightly above the ground. (this probably only happens if the model is either scaled up like mine or the layers are made thin enough.)
