Summary

These are some parts for belrius's deck box that will work in Slic3r. I found that 2 of the parts (sheets 3 and 6) would not load in Slic3r so I remodeled them and exported new stls (the ones linked).

Instructions

You'll need the base model aside from sheets 3 and 6, and you will need 2 copies of each of the uploaded models here. Slic3r complains about the hinged bits being non-manifold as usual, but these models work despite that.

Magneon, is this for the cardy value of 30? Have you made one for 40?

I'm afraid I made these in SolidWorks and through some trial and error. I can't easily change the parameters. They are for the default box size, which is a little too narrow for sleeved decks unfortunately (aside from penny sleeves).

I would recommend downloading the netfab studio trial and running its automatic repair on the OpenSCAD exported STLs then exporting them. This has worked for me on many stubborn models. I didn't know about NetFab Studio at the time I made this.

Unfortunately I can't even get Layout 6 to export as an stl at all.

Thanks Magneon!

Any chance you could add an "I made one" to the original deck box? that'd be awesome, I always thought this would go in the too hard basket, so seeing some made is a great kick. :)
