Description
For my first project I laser engraved a wooden plaque. The design is Henrik Lundqvist's 2011-2012 goalie mask.
Instructions
To create this engraving I used a photo of Henrik's mask and, in Photoshop, removed the background. Then I transferred the photo to Illustrator and added the text "Henrik Lundqvist #30 New York Rangers". Lastly, I sent the file to the CNC Epilog Laser with DPI 300, speed 100, and power 75. If I were to redo this project, I would change the text to a bolder font because it was very light/thin.
