A very cheap, simple and effective belt tensioner for the belt of the Y axis of your prusa. Thanks to it, you no longer have to dismantle the whole bed to tight your belt.

A tight belt avoid wobble/backlash and improve parts quality !


Just put everything together, it's very simple !

Bill of materials :

  • 1x printed part
  • 1x cheap 608zz bearing
  • 1x M8 bolt
  • 3x D8 wahser
  • 1x M3 bolt
  • 1x D3 washer
