Summary

A twist on the J heads, two elements to give quicker and more even heat.

Thermester is placed inside the heat core where it can get the most accurate readings.

Instructions

Machined from aluminum. Cement in 2 X 2W 10 ohm for normal power range 24W, or 2x 6 ohm for high power 48W. In order to use 48W mode, you must have an EC that will drive 12 @ 5A

I use a mixture of fire clay, sodium silicate and a small amount of water to make my own cement. Apply liberally insert resistor and wipe off excess. should be well wetted. power it up on 1A for 10 min then 30 min on 0.5A to activate Sodium silicate hardener.

Ceramic cement works well too, i just cant seem to find a good supply.
