3D Printed Longboard Deck

3D Printed Longboard Deck by bdring Feb 17, 2013

Description

OK...that is a lie. It is a 3D printer "themed" longboard. The filament is rubber oring glued into grooves. The grooves are only one radius deep so the rubber oring acts as grip lines. It looks and feels really cool.

As soon as spring arrives, I'll get some trucks and wheels.

Could I get the dxf for the other longboard you made with the circles cut through part way on way side? Maybe more details if not the file. Thanks Bart

Also what DIA o-ring material did you use for this?

im an avid longboarder and i hope the longboarding and 3d printing industry get to the point where we can print boards and other large, strong objects

so gnar!
