Ever since I was sitting in the audience at Botacon listening to George Hart's talk, I've been wondering if I could make a model of a chiral geodesic sphere. (he showed one on the screen) The other challenge is, I know nothing of geodesic math, I mean nothing! Here is an .stl file of a geodesic sphere I made in solidworks using just the geometric construction tools in the sketch layers. I didn't use any specific angles on any corners and there is only one dimension in the entire file. The entire thing is geometrically derived.

George, if you look at this, tell me if I screwed up :)
