Description

This is a crab measure made to suit South Australian waters. Information current as of 19/02/2013.

Blue Crab

Catch limits & legal lengths
Minimum legal length: 11 cm measured across the carapace from the base of the largest spines. Catch limits apply to a combined catch of blue swimmer crabs and sand crabs
Personal daily bag limit: A total of 40 (including blue swimmer and sand crabs)
Daily boat limit: A total of 120 (including blue swimmer and sand crabs)
Restrictions: Females with external eggs are totally protected and must be returned to the water immediately.

Sand Crab

Minimum legal length: 10 cm measured across the carapace from side to side
Catch limits apply to a combined catch of blue swimmer crabs and sand crabs
Personal daily bag limit: A total of 40 (including blue swimmer and sand crabs)
Daily boat limit: A total of 120 (including blue swimmer and sand crabs)
Restrictions: Females with external eggs are totally protected and must be returned to the water immediately.

Hi mate, I printed it on the medium setting and it worked out well. I have uploaded two photos (with a steel rule) that show its size. It came out spot on. Hope all is well!

It has been printed using the MakerBot Replicator V2. It came out really well.
