I never found a spool roller for the seemingly quite common 73mm wide (68mm at center of walls) spools that companies like ProtoParadigm and MakerBot sell, so I decided to make my own.

This spool roller allows standard 608ZZ roller bearings to be snapped in and stay secured without any additional hardware.

Depending on your printer, you may need to sand or file down the ridges that hold the bearings in place to avoid breaking the vertical risers.

Well technically a bearing is a vitamin, but it is a step forward.

I guess I overlooked the bearings then. Title changed to vitamin free-ish.
