Instructions
You'll need a 3D printer to make this.
I printed mine at the FabLab Aachen
(http://hci.rwth-aachen.de/fablab).
This is my first 3D print. What I learned is that it can take quite a while to dissolve the support material inside the very narrow slot. It took almost a week! So I am probably going to edit the design and make the slot a little bit wider. In the current design there's only one layer of support material inside the slot. A wider slot will also make inserting the gels easier.

Brilliant! I use the Lumiquest Gel Holder on one of my flashes but it's not easy to put the gels in and out. I also have quite a few 285's that need holders. I think I'll trying printing one of these (with 285 dimensions) tonight. I'll let you know how it works!
