Do someone tried to rotate this thing to have it printable ? (and next: what's the rotation values ?)

Around X-85deg, Y-55deg, and sink him down a little in the Z direction because his bottom isn't flat

Does your slicer not allow you to rotate an object? By the look of the orientation of the model in preview, you should be able to rotate 90 degrees and it should be fine. But it depends on your slicer. I'm too busy to re-orient the model, your slicer should be able to do that for you.
