you can either plug it on one of the 12v output (near the fan pin), or in the 2 screw terminal not used (between hotend and cooling fan) so you can tune the power of the leds by Gcode (M42 P8 Sx x being between 0 and 255)

That's a very nice idea for printing in the dark ! Do you where can I plug the wire on the Minitronics board ?

Instructions

You'll need :

two led stripes (ebay) some wires and heatshrink tubing two 2 male pin header a 4 way molex and a 2 way molex to connect it to the Azteeg-X1

Take care to add the LED by the bottom of the extrusions, otherwise you'll not be able to fold the RepRap again.
