Summary

To reduce variation in z bed-nozzle clearance, I moved the contact point with the endstop switch so that it's over the switch button instead of the end of the lever.

Instructions

Print and tap hole for M3 screw. Install M3 screw and washer and nut. Designed to mount into Z makerslide using M4 screw and washer.

To make it easy to adjust the endstop, use a spring om the M3 screw from a ball-point pen instead of a nut as shown in the second photo.

I redesigned the part to make it easier to print by moving the mounting hole higher and removing the lower extension. The newer part, *3.stl, should work better.

I've uploaded a third part that doesn't have a countersink for the screw heads which is easier to print. It works with an M4x16 and M3x25 socket head screws.
