If you put two of those together you get a Lego Heart. You can take one piece and give it to your Partner. You can use it as necklace, keychain etc.
Unfortunately I didn't have any red material. But of course it would look better in red.
I had to play a bit with the parameters. If the thing is too small and you make the bottom holes the same size as to top knobs it maybe won't fit, due to inaccuracy, but that depends on your 3D-Printer. Also you may have to play around with the hole depth.
