Description

We're slowly replacing parts on our MakerBot with parts printed on our MakerBot. This is the latest thing: The small idler pulley for the Y axis. Yay!

Instructions

1. Print it out.
2. Press-fit 606 bearing
3. Attach to Y axis.

It's definitely smaller, but I've been running it for a while and it seems fine, and perhaps a bit better due to the better clearance with the frame.

i've got plans for quite a few parts.

the basic plan is to replace one part every batch. if you want to try and mock up some of the smaller parts, i'm definitely willing to print them out.
