This object is part of a larger action figure armature. It is a 1-axis pivot hinge, useful for things like elbows, knees, and in more detailed figures, fingers.
Prints beautifully in PLA at 0.1mm layer height. Recommend a few extra shells for structural integrity, but is remarkably strong at 0.2 density honeycomb infill (I can stand on it without crushing it).
You may need to scale this down to 1% of its modeled size. I built this in sketchup, which does better with larger objects later scaled down in, for example, Slic3r or Netfabb.
.STL files are oriented to print so that the component axes are aligned for maximum strength after printing.
This physible is designed in honor of my beautiful wife. <3
