RepRapPro Mendel Lugless Dial Indicator Holder
by jasonrun, published
Holder for lugless dial indicators that fits on to the RepRapPro Mendel Mono. Customizable for a range of dial sizes.
Can be fitted using the built in hot end height adjuster, but also has holes to mount with m3 screws.
If you use the clamp version then supports will be necessary. The upright orientation may be better depending on your support settings. Turning the clamp off will set up holes for set screws, the holes likely will be tight enough to thread m3 screws through.
There is a limited range of dial sizes that will produce a usable holder, but it should be obvious through simple visual inspection of the model.
It came out quite usable when I printed with .4mm layer height, 30% rectangular grid fill, and supports.
