Summary

Based on daichiasuka's files. Which in turn is based on Nophead's.

The frame hooks have been increased to fit my 0.5inch MDF Mendel90 frame.

After printing a copy of the dust filter. I found it was 10mm too long. So it's been resized. Also the plastic feeding tip has been angled up more. To help the plastic avoid hitting the frame as it feeds to the extruder.

Since I'm using UltiMachine PLA 1Kg spools I've created a large washer to help center the spool on the holder. See pics above for reference.

Instructions

My slicer settings were 0.2mm layer height, perimeter 3 and infill of 25%.

-Print 2 male frames
-Print 2 female frames.
-Print 1 dust filter.
-Print 4 copies of the washer (If using Ultimachine 1kg spools).

Thanks so much for sharing this. I made it a little wider in blender and it is worked really well!

Yes, it will be. On mine ran a solid threaded rod through both holes instead of keeping the bolts separate. I adjusted my dust filter to clip to the rod instead of the plastic support.

Nice work!

Lol, I guess I should have looked closer at your pics. I didn't realize you had the dust filter setup like that.
