It is in inches. If it appears tiny then you are working on the mm scale and need to increase it's size by 25.4 times ( 25.4 mm to the inch)

up scale it to %25.399 and you have your switch

When I import the stl into cura it is VERY tiny. How much does it need to be scaled up?

check to see if it needs to be in inches or MM depending.

By converting from mm to inches, the size becomes appropriate.
