Customizable Word Glasses

WOAH. MAKE. JOHN. JUMP. COOL. There's no shortage of four letter words (and a fair few 3 and 2 letter ones as well!) Share your favourite with the world with these customizable glasses.
Any ALL CAPS 1-4 letter word will do. I take no responsibility for offence you may cause.
This is version 2 of the word glasses, which uses standard ABS or PLA filament as a hinge pin. Set the size of your filament when generating your glasses and then slide a short piece into each hinge to join the arms to the glasses.
Thanks to Alzibiff for one of the photos!
22 Feb 14: Updated with a new hinge design which is much more rugged.
Define the right and left hand frame letters. You must give 1 to 4 letters, and they must be ALL CAPS. Punctuation and other symbols may work - as always, preview before printing! If you want to shift where the letters appear, put a space character in (so a single S on the right would be defined as "___S" (3 spaces)
Set the size of filament you want to use as the hinge pin.
The glasses will fit on a 14cm print bed if you rotate them by 45 degrees. You'll have to print the arms separately.
- Join together
Take some filament, line up each arm in turn and slide it in. It's easier to cut the filament after you've put it in. Use cutters to trim it down once the glasses are assembled.
