I wanted to make these for a friend who owns Eclipse, but when I used this design the resulting grids were way too small. I believe the holes were at least 1 mm smaller than required.

When I made this I had no experience with a laser cutter and just assumed the file was right. It has been a while (but only they were wrong last night), so I'm sorry I can't give details. Any guess what I did wrong?

What program are you using to load the SVG file ? I have experienced some issues using Inkscape changing the scale of images before.

for reference, what size is a cube? If I have a known size, I can check in the laser cutting software. (I don't own the game to measure for myself, I am making these for a friend).

The actual game piece is an 8mm cube but the cut outs are 9mm squares to allow for some variation in the pieces.
