Description
A 608ZZ bearing idler pulley for rostock. Have tried to print other 'thingy' pulleys and they were a bit lumpy; so modelled this in solidworks.
Instructions
Prints nice at 0.2mm layer depth with no support. A few seconds of fettling gets a 608 bearing fitting nicely. No scad file as I cant work 'openscad'! This updated version allows the bolt (axle), to be tightened right up without the bearing binding.
