Description
This part regularly broke on my model.
Its not an exact match as i had to measure it with callipers and then draw it. However it does bolt on to the model straight away once printed. The only post printing operations are to remove support material and drill out the printed holes to the final size.

Instructions
Printed on a Reprap Huxley with 1.75mm ABS. Sliced in Skeinforge using the following settings:
Layer height: 0.3mm
Layer width: 0.5mm
Speed: 35mm/s (no fan)
Solidity ratio: 0.4 (40%)
Number of solid surface layers: 1
Raft: Enabled, Support material applied to external surface only.
Approx print time: 2hrs
