These are way too small for the bushings I have (same mcmaster p/n). After editing the git Prusa pla-bushings.scad to make some I find I get almost exactly r=6mm after some test prints. Peeking in the .HEEKS source (I don't have heekscad installed) I see what looks like a 6mm radius in the source to these, so I'm not sure why the dramatic difference. Perhaps the uploaded STL does not match the .HEEKS?

Nope these are 7/16 od for the stl and heeks. Don't know what's up with yours

Can you publish this part for the Prusa mendel metric method, and also the Brass Bushing measurements?

Thanks Ahead.

These do not fit the SAE version. You need something to fit a 3/8ths rod

These fit SAE mendel. what are you talking about Link?

What do you mean? I am using them on 5/16 rod right now, they fit the SAE version.

SAE version uses 5/16 rod because it's close to 8mm.

I actually use brass bushings myself, you can just clip them into the old bushings with or without glue. Mine work fine on the X axis, but somtimes bindes on the the y axis, so I had to exchange the y axis to drilled out ptfe.

How's yours keeping up?
