What do you use the XT60 connector for? Do you have it connected to a headlight or other accessory?

for kLite dynamo light....lead comes up through head tube... ;0

My SLS printed one is tough, but the ABS version was not strong enough on the edges for the plug...UPDATED version (v2) attached...this prints fine...depending on the printer, you many need to incress by 1% for shrinkage, so the plugs are a good fit...

I have been riding that unit, in the pic everyday for the last 2 months...there is no load on the spacer once you do the stem up other than a small compressing load from the bolt on top, and its more than up to the job....so its safe...

Have you taken this on many rides? -- I made a headset spacer as well but am concerned about it's strength.

As the is SLS printed, the design does not take in to consideration shrinkage.

should be working now...sorry guys...

The technical term for this is a headset spacer, just fyi. Cool idea.

Wow, thanks for that. ;). Can you tell me if it downloads OK?

first upload...not sure if my file is downloadable...as it has given it a different file name...some please tell me if it won't download...

drop stem by 5mm for this to fit on top, used for bring power from dynamo hub thru headtube to to of stem.
