expanding from a previous idea, these are 25mm caps with wall supports for standard 5mm foam core to build simple 40mm tall stories for buildings.

Floor corner caps are provided as well to allow building multiple stories...


cut 40mm x however long you want the building strips of foam core,
cut wall sections and insert into caps. in the past my similar designs have been tight enough to not need immediate gluing, but for long-term use, some glue would be recommended.

floor sections should be cut 15mm longer in each dimension than the actual building dimensions for corner caps to fit.

In assembly, I found that cliping corner bits onto the foam core made them great guides for the ruler for cutting...
