Summary

This a shorter version of the 3/8 inch hair clippers guard! For short hair but not bald!
It's just a shorter one of this thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34788 which is 3/8 inch.

Instructions

Print this little fellow out, attach it to your very own Oster 76 hair trimmers and get to work!

Infill: 10-15. DO NOT exceed 40% other wise it will peel up due to cooling. even 30% may be to much.
Shells:1. Any more and you will have to file the edges to make it fit.
No raft. It makes the underside rough.

I don't know the height on this guy but he's short! I rounded the edges like I did on the 3/8 inch guard v4.5 for the best comfort. I'd like to someday make the measurements for all of the sizes and have my very own set of printable clipper guards! Enjoy!

Great post! I just broke my third original 1/4" guard and was ready to buy yet another clipper. You saved me $25!
Repetier 1.6.2 complained that it was not manifold, so I fixed it at https://tools3d.azurewebsites.net/ and it worked fine.

Hello ZeeMan,
I like what you have done, just wish I could print it out. Slicer complains about a hole near the edge.... Any chance you encountered the same error when you printed yours? Sorry if this is a noob question. I am using Slicer on my Printrbot LC.
Thanks in advance,

Brilliant! I have an old Oster clipper and one of the guards I used to use a lot had the clip on one side break so I had to resort to electrical tape. I wonder if it was my 3/8" guard.

Let me know if there is a size you would like! I do need to clean up the front as well to make it more comfortable still. I'm really happy you like it! :)
