A tray style case for a Freeduino (Arduino Clone) (http://www.nkcelectronics.com/freeduino-arduino-diecimila-compatible-board-complete-kit.html). It is designed to protect the lower portion of the board while still allowing access to the entire top.
There are variables in the OpenSCAD file that would allow you to adapt this to other round cornered PCBs.
After printing ensure the USB opening is clearing the USB connector (I had to trim the opening a little). Then insert the USB end in first and simply press the board down. It should fit snugly.
