Thank ClimbingStuff for yor help on this project. It turned out great thanks to you and all your hard work. If there is ever anything I can do to help you please let me know.
You could put a little effort in and post it to a site where people who make 3d things hang out. Maybe one of them will do it for fun or as a challenge.
You could put a little effort in and do it yourself.
Download Inkscape, use trace function to trace out the image into dxf files, then use break apart to make the image into individual lines.
Then transfer the dxf file into Heekscad or Openscad, extrude each dxf what ever amount you want them to be, run a Boolean to make them all one solid stl. Ex
port load in RepG and print.
I hope no one does it for you :) It's a good learning excersize :)
This does sound like a good exercise. I tried it but I got stuck. Maybe you can help me out, Spacexula. I got a decent outline in Inkscape and saved it as a dxf. I tried to get Openscad to extrude it, but it didn't work. I think the outline is not a closed path, but I can't find where the break is. Is there a way to make sure the path is closed using Inkscape??
foxdewayne: you can get Inkscape at inkscape.org and Openscad at openscad.org
"trace" and "break apart" are the commands to use in Inkscape, after doing "Import" to bring in your jpg. You will also need to use Fill and Stroke and some other basic commands. Openscad comes with a lot of useful exa
mples (I was looking at Example 8 for extruding the dxf). Both of these programs are a pain at first (at least they are for me) but they are very powerful.

I took the Bos vab.stl file that ClimbingStuff sent me and imported it into Blender. I then exported it as Boss.3ds file. I only used Blender to change the file to something that I could Import into Sketchup. In Sketchup I deleted all lines except the foundation, wich looks like the picture that I started with. from there I filled the empty spaces and then used the push pull tool to set the individual hights that I wanted as you can see it turned out great. Thank you to all that embarked on this journey with me. Here is what CimbingStuff said in the Email that he sent me." Hope you like it. I hand traced the dxf that came out of inkscape.Viktor" Hopefully he can tell more about the process he used.
