Summary

The comments and linked blog for the original file indicate there are some challenges with both the Sketchup file and the resulting STL. I simplified the Sketchup file and produced a new STL which I then used Netfabb Basic, Meshlab and Netfabb's beta cloud service to repair. You may not be able to fight city hall, but you can now 3D print it!

Instructions

I printed it with 2 shells and 25% infill. Yeah, it took a while- about 4 hours. I'm sure you could get away with less infill.

Tried printing this twice on a 5th Gen Replicator. Both times, the towers did not print. Claims it is 100% complete. Not sure where the issue lies. Suggestions?

Nice fix! Thanks

Sure thing. It was driving me nuts for a couple of weeks trying to get it all fixed up. Was so happy to finally get it working!

I had spent a year before that fixing it and trying to print it on a makerbot.
