Hey man, I finally built my own 3D-scanning studio, be sure to check soon, I'll have my own bust up here on Thingiverse ;)

Okay, this is getting scary, I know have around four viresx busts, including a large one at my academy hahaha. Luckily most people think it's a bust of myself, so not to worry ;)

Thanks for this wonderful test object :) Now I'm done with testing and it's time to design myself!

Glad to hear that. Can you send a photo of an army of my clones? :D

Yes, I added two more pictures ;)

Haha, I have your face on my desk ;)

Nice pictures also, did you print it with PLA?

I am now learning to use my machine, I really want to be able to print things like this soon without having all kinds of shitty blobs coming out the sides... I am doing it all right, I think my machine just isn't good enough yet. I fixed the printbed almost and am now starting to look at my X-carriage since the vendor I bought it from has really sold me the worst printed copy in existence.

Nice to see your designs.

It is ABS, printed with 0.3 layer height and 40% infill.

It's really hard to calibrate printer well, but it can be done, so I will you luck :)

Hey Viresx, I am now printing your bust haha! Doesn't it feel weird so many people have your statue in their living rooms?..

Anyway, I have been working HARD on my Air 2 and I reprinted a lot of parts but they almost all failed. Now I bought aluminum Z-couplings and I have glued the acrylic lasercut parts together to keep them from wobbling.

The Air 2 in acrylic is a very unstable machine, so I am going to lasercut the new Air Jordan version out of aluminum and move the whole machine into it's new aluminum housing soon :)

What printers do you have at the moment?

There are now pictures in "Made" section so I don't know how many copies of me there are - this sounds wird :D
I have only Prusa Air 2 alu version, but I'm working on new one low cost version with chocolade extruder :D

Alternate form of human reproduction ;)
