Enhanced iPhone Dock
Description
I have modified Zaggo's original design to make the slot a lot bigger and square, it now fits my iPhone 4 with its case on. It should still fit the 3G series and probably a lot of other Apple devices as it's quite a large slot.
I've printed this in translucent blue PLA on my MakerBot Thing-O-Matic, you should be able to print it in ABS as long as you have a heated build platform.

Instructions
Print it out and insert your iPhone docking cable into the base, route the cable through the channel.

I had "not manifold near edge 76-77" and "overlapping or self-intersecting facets"-warnings when slicing in Slic3r, but I tried to print anyway. It came out as something like a hollow box (see attached).
Did I do something wrong?

Wow, this works great! The plug has a perfect friction fit. My wife's iPhone 4S with case works great. Thank you!

When I run the STL through Skeinforge, I get a lot of hole in the the triangle mesh errors. Is there a way to fix that?

Not sure if it is my printer but the cord slot was a bit too small. Otherwise, it printed nice and works great!
