This is a modified crankshaft file for the W16 engine by petropixel, The parts have squares to locate and drive each section of the crankshaft.

I found that all of the parts pushed on with a small amount of force. If this isn't the case for you, let me know and I can modify the gaps, or if you have SW2013, I've included the sldprt file.

13/04/13 - UPDATE - Have uploaded the axle separately. Make sure you print multiples of these or slow down the print, or use a fan, to stop the print becoming a pile of mush. :)

Print with support for the axles. (this uses very little plastic)

Assemble as per petropixel's design, and enjoy. :)

Slic3r won't slice this for some reason.
Tried on 9.9

Just a heads up,

Hi, there were errors in the file, I've repaired it and re-uploaded.

Slic3r 1.0.0 RC3 is now available. I am running RC2, which successfully repaired the file and sliced it.

Awesome improvement. I couldn't get the round joints to keep from spinning, and having to glue stuff just makes everything messier.

I am using the Slic3r and it will not slice this thing

Just got my slic3r build back up and running, sliced the part, and all looks good.
Running latest dev build.

Works awesome! Vast improvement on the original!
