Rostock Bowden (hotend) Push-Fit Connector by jamesarm97 Apr 6, 2013

Description

My bowden tube came loose one too many times so I finally bought some push fit connectors from Grainger. I used a 4mm od 1/8 thread. The hotend connector is threaded and was a nice fit.

Yes, the hole you put the screws. Thank you for sharing the source, I'll tweak it.
Not sure what the peek holes are so I found the source. I modified the original file some time ago. Looks like it needs the openscad thread_library
Nice work! Do you mind add the peek holes bellow or to publish the openscad so I can add it myself?
for (hole=[-1,1]) rotate(90,[1,0,0]) translate([hole*(extruder_recess_d/2-1.5),3+1.5,-wade_block_depth/2-1])
cylinder(r=1.5,h=wade_block_depth+2,$fn=10);

Instructions

Printed in ABS at 35% infill and two extra shells. I also printed slowly at 35mm/s to get a good print. The push fit connector came with teflon tape on it and was a good fit as designed.
