Update #1: Prints fine on the UP+ @ 0.2mm/fine 30°, even at half scale, but fragile (be careful when removing the support).
The close up looks a bit rough, but look at the size compared to the cent coin! After cleaning with tweezers and coloring it, it will have a smooth finish.
NOTE: The pictures colors and appearance are a bit off due to the direct flash. Still, looks like designed now :-)

Instructions
The original size is about 53x69x48 (2mmx2mm thickness), I printed it at 50% on the UP plus. If you want a smoother leaf, print with a support angle
