Summary
This is a very small mecanum wheel - 1" in diameter. Most mecanum designs use a central hub with vanes style but I found that these designs didn't print well on my TOM as there isn't much support structure for the vanes. This is a first attempt at a design with more "meat" to hopefully get a better print. I've also included the original rhino file.
So far this is just one of the mono-directional wheels.

Don't give up so soon. My T-O-M prints them very well. No raft or support. At least it printed the first right and left.
What's your platform temperature? If the 45 degree overhangs are getting saggy try lowering the bed temp (say 115C or 110C).
Thanks ben - i'll give that a shot. Im using default settings which i think have the build temp set for 125.
I have mine set at 100. Print calibration cubes and lower the temp until the hourglass shape is minimal.
