Summary

This is a remake of airtrippers pocket reel holder designed to use a single 625 bearing for each roller. It's as simple as I could get it and still work. The Idler pulley is from lincomatic and is unchanged.

Seems I spend more time making parts for the printer than I do making other stuff. Hopefully some day this thing will just work and I can get to creating useful stuff.

Instructions

print 4 reel holder sides and 4 idler pulleys,, put 4 625 bearings ( 1 each in the idler pulleys) and use 4 5mm x 25mm bolts and nuts to hold it together. May need a few washers for proper spacing.

I'll add this ,, be careful removing lincomatics idler pulley from the bed, They are quite thin and I pulled the top off 2 of them before I figured it best to pry them loose from the bottom.. May make thicker pulleys later as for this it doesn't really matter what the o.d. is.
reelkit contains all the printed parts for 1 reel roller
