12V power supply cover by ambrop7 Apr 16, 2013

This is a cover for this power supply, and many very similar ones http://www.ebay.com/itm/150946378624?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

It is a modification of the RepRapPro cover to fit this particular power supply. Aside from the different cover size, the DC and mains sides are reversed, and a different mounting system is used because of a different screw hole configuration. Additionally, the DC cable hole is larger so that thicker cables can fit.

The cover is held in place by four screws which compress the metal plates. To fit the cover, put it in place then screw the 4 screws, through the external walls and into the holes in the arms inside, so that all off them hold the metal plate tightly. You will probably have to clear the external holes so that the screws go through without resistance, and screw with enough force into the internal holes while the cover is off, so the holes clear out.
