Are there any modifications available that'd allow a Replicator 2/2X to extrude this filament?
when will your site work again?
Has any one used this with an "Afinia" or "Up Plus" 3D printer yet?

Not exactly, I printed the honeycomb version and phone was a bit loose, recess for power and volume buttons would be better suited to the rubber filament, I had to cut the holes bigger in order to access the buttons. Also no hole for headphones or stylus but shouldn't be to hard to edit the file. Still waiting for the elastic filament though... nudge nudge
will this case properly fit on a note 2 with other, harder filaments

any Idea on an ETA for this product ?

New material for flexy object extrude
Very cool! I guess there is no chance this will work with a Bowden extruder?
for their website, try recreus.com/ without the www.

Awesome. What if you started in ABS and then halfway switched to the elastic material. Hard and soft.
this is a good idea, When I change the wire from ABS to PLA or PLA to Urethane , could see the wire extruded can be mixed in one continuum material. You could have a media soft in critical point and hard in other
what about printing a hand, making it with 0% infill 3 shells and when it is done cut of the bottom, then you have a glove :D
Whay not a ... condom??? you could decide the size and ... shape!!! :-PPP
you could make it for the costumizer and use the makerbot digitizer when it comes out :P
well use the digitizer to scan your junk :P

Someone want to try this latex rubber -> mcmaster.com/#1775T21
I'm afraid the natural latex can't be thermally extruded
You get extra kudos if you can refine this to something that is suitable for an eraser.
just ordered 30mt 3mm urethane wire commonly used in industrial belt. Will tell if can be used with my reprap

Shut up and take my money! I chose a great time to enter the 3D printing industry. So many new filaments have been released, expanding the possibilities of what can be achieved. Congrats on the new filament, I'm sure in due time I'll get a spool to play with. Already have some ideas for uses....
Really cool! Where can I buy this filament?
Very interested in getting a hold of this material, but the website 'http://www.recreus.com' cannot be found. Please put more information in the description. Is this a silicon based material?
