There is no need for the microphone holes, there is still a little cap, this should do fine.
@ avalero: Sorry i dont edit this design anymore. You can have the Autocad file if you want. Just PM me.

I noticed the holes for the top and bottom microphone are missing, doesn't that block your mic?

I just printed it using Taulman nylon... amazing!! Great design!!
Could you make thicker the bottom part of the closed version? The hole for the camera needs to be a little bit bigger

Yes i know, will post a new version soon with a bigger hole for usb and one for the cam on the full cover.

in the cover full version you've missed the camera hole! hehe

My friend Frank from Voxel Factory just printed it for me and it fits perfectly on my Nexus 4. The hole for the usb plug is however slightly too tight on the sides so I had to grind it with a nail file. The screen-side part could also be thicker in order to provide a better protection if the phone falls on the screen side. Other than that, I think the model is perfect.

I used different measuring instruments on my Nexus 4 to get the accurate numbers, so I could create a model in AutoCAD. Then I proceeded to use this model as basis for the cover. I will upload the Nexus 4 3D model within the next few days.

Just a reminder, are you still going to upload that model of the Nexus 4?

Thank you very much!

that contour of the phone is tough to duplicate...did you approximate, add clearance or duplicate? Looks good from here.

Yes the micro works without the hole.

Work the microphones also without the holes ?
