I whipped up a little OpenSCAD script to parametrically generate the new Open Hardware Logo.

Update 2011/04/07 21:38: I tweaked the 3D coin model after doing some test prints and have updated the .scad and .stl files accordingly.
Update 2011/04/09 14:37: I cleaned up the gear_tooth_2d() to be a simple polygon.

Hey clothbot I was surfing for pill reports the other day when I found this: http://www.pillreports.com/ind...

I printed one of the coins and it turned out good. I then decided to scale the coin up to print a coaster. I scaled it up 3.8 times. It turned out beautiful. The raised open hardware logo allows an area to collect any moisture.

Thanks for your great job on OSHW logo.
I just found a bit messy for my use the scale things in your script.
Wanna put the OSHW logo on objects, i adapt your script to use only one parameter : the desired logo external diameter.
