Description
If you have a 'cello, no doubt you will need one of these; it stops your cello slipping across the floor by adhering it to some other object (usually your chair) - by means of a cord.
Instructions
Simply print out, and attach some sort of string / whipping. Add a number of knots to the string to secure it for different chairs / angles etc.

You should mash this up with one of the strap buckle clips (e.g. http://www.thingiverse.com/thi... for a more permanent and adjustable way to carry it and anchor it to chair legs.
